REFUND POLICY
The Reg Doctor takes great pride in the quality of our products. Should you have a problem we will be happy to refund you in case the item is received damaged or there is a mistake on the plate.
 

However, we do not accept refunds for normal conditioned deliveries as each plate is custom built which means we cannot re-sell or re-use the plate. Thanks for understanding.

Cancelling Order
There are some orders where you won’t have the right to cancel, these include items that are bespoke or personalised.
 

Number Plates are a bespoke item; therefore, we are unable to offer a full refund, we can however refund the cost of your postage, accessories, and fitting kits if they are unused/unopened.
